Returns and Refunds

REFUNDS POLICY ONLINE PURCHASES 

Within 14 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase from our Online Website in new condition with original packaging for a full refund (excluding postage).You must  Include the packing slip,  ensure all tags are still attached, download the returns form here and send to:

No refunds will be accepted through Smiths Sports Shoes stores.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

EXCHANGE POLICY ONLINE PURCHASES  

If you have chosen the wrong size or have a change of mind on the shoes you have purchased from our Online Website we are more than happy to exchange your purchase. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery with original packaging and have all tags attached. Download the returns form here and send your item with a copy of the packing slip  to the following address.

You will be required to return the shoes and we will pay the postage for the first replacement item. For any subsequent exchanges you will be required to cover the full postal cost.

No exchanges will be accepted through Smiths Sports Shoes stores.

WARRANTY 

Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact page. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will approve repair, a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993..
