For over 20 years Dunedin Podiatry and Smiths Sports Shoes have worked closely together. A qualified Podiatrist from Dunedin Podiatry is in-store at Smiths Sports Shoes, on a weekly basis to offer free advice to customers on shoe selection and or foot and lower leg problems. They also work with Smiths Sports Shoes Dunedin staff reviewing shoes and training staff. The Podiatrists are available at Smiths Sports Shoes Dunedin weekly. Often its not a case of “ if the shoe fits “, more what you are expecting to do in the shoe. From there a suitable style is found and fitting is started. Sizing is not a one size fits all approach but is dependant on many variables. There is a difference between good service and trying the shoes on by yourself, which is where our joint approach refines how we can help you find the best shoe for your needs.
Richard, Tania, Lucy, Georgia and Alan are all passionate in their areas of podiatry. They can be seen at the Dunedin Podiatry clinic by appointment. All of them are ACC accredited providers and have a wealth of knowledge and they are there to help with all foot, ankle and lower limb problems.
